Leonidas Concept helmet

Introducing our Leonidas Halo concept helmet. This is our take on what an ancient Greek style Halo helmet would look like. Originally made by Doc Daily Designs for Worlds Tallest Spartan. We have taken over production of this helmet. It is roughly based around a Halo 4 Scout helmet. We can make this with or without the plume.
 
This is a fan made replica, and neither myself nor this product is affiliated with Microsoft or 343i. The current turnaround time for a finished helmet is over 1 month. Raw helmets ship out within a week.
 
This helmet is cast hollow from a durable polyurethane casting resin. A raw kit will still need to be trimmed, painted and assembled. The helmet may required minor filling and sanding prior to being painted. The neck opening is rough trimmed, so you will need to trim it down. It is full size for an adult, and weighs 2.5 lbs. Easily fits up to a 23" head, see pictures for dimensions of the neck opening. Larger heads can fit, but modifications may be needed. You will also need to cut out the visor area, and install a visor of your own, or use the optional gold visor. The optional visor is vac formed out of clear plastic, and chrome plated on the inside. Then tinted gold. Visibility is very good. This can be made with or without the plume.
 
We can customize and paint this helmet to look however you would like, but please message us prior to ordering. The standard finished helmet will look like the picture of the aged bronze helmet and gold visor. We use synthetic hair on the plume only for the finished helmets. If you order the raw helmet with the plume, only the plume base will be included. You would need to supply your own horse hair or synthetic hair and glue it in place. We have several different color options for the hair, but black is our standard color. Message us with any questions.
